Schedule an appointment for your free Invisalign® consultation by clicking the link to the right or calling our office directly. With two convenient locations, we are usually able to see you within a day or two.

A Clear Smile Dental team member will sit down with you who will go over your concerns and explain the ins and outs of Invisalign® treatment. A series of 5 diagnostic photos will be taken and submitted to Dr. Azarko for an analysis of your treatment needs.

We will then provide you with a cost estimate and an approximate time frame for how long your Invisalign® treatment will take. Our team member will also discuss your dental insurance coverage and payment plan options, providing you all the information you need to make your treatment decision.
